Confidentiality Statement

I agree that no information acquired or used in the undertaking of work on behalf of Remote Work Management shall be disclosed to any other party, or used for any other purpose, unless such information is already in the public domain, or becomes so.

On completion of a project, all materials received as pertinent to that project will be returned to Remote Work Management, who will return them to the client, prior to final settlement of the contract fee.

I agree that no copies of confidential or private material will be made prior to return delivery as described. All information prepared for a project, in whatever form, remains the property of the Client. It cannot be reproduced or used elsewhere in any format whatsoever without express permission from the client.
